I’m Andreína Maldonado, a cultural anthropologist, artist, and founder of BienStar Consulting, where we bring together language justice, arts, and well-being.
I was born in Maracay, Venezuela, and my work is shaped by my background in anthropology and animal behavior, as well as my path as a dancer, musician, interpreter, and yoga facilitator.

I love creating spaces where people can connect, express themselves, and feel fully included—whether through language, culture, or movement. I collaborate with community organizations to support work that is creative, healing, and rooted in collective care.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find me hiking with my dog Terra or making music with friends—here I am, bringing heart, rhythm, and intention into everything I do.

Violeta Hurtado
Administrative & Operations Coordinator
I am Violeta Hurtado, a graduate in Business Administration with a Postgraduate Degree in Administrative Management. For more than 30 years, I have passionately dedicated myself to the administrative field.
​
I was born in Venezuela and, after a career full of changes and learning experiences, I am now part of the team at this organization in San Francisco as Administrative Assistant.
​
My experience has taught me to handle dynamic and multicultural environments with great adaptability: from corporate offices to creative companies and organizations with strong social impact. I am proactive, discreet, highly organized, and have a strong service orientation, always striving to make both clients and colleagues feel supported and valued.

I am happy to contribute to the success of the company and its positive impact on the community. Here I am, ready to handle any detail with efficiency and good energy!
