Since its founding, BienStar has partnered with nonprofit organizations, worker centers, cultural institutions, and public agencies to expand multilingual access, support community leadership, and create spaces where stories, creativity, and collective care can thrive.

Language Justice in Practice
Through professional interpretation, translation, interpreter coordination, and specialized interpretation equipment rental, BienStar helps organizations create multilingual environments where participants can fully understand, contribute, and lead.

Cultural Expression & Community Storytelling
Art plays a central role in BienStar’s approach to community work. Through music, dance, performance, and storytelling initiatives, we support communities in sharing their histories, experiences, and aspirations.

• The development of Raíces y Voces, a community-rooted music and storytelling project amplifying immigrant worker voices through song and collective memory

Well-Being for Sustainable Leadership
Community leaders and organizers often face significant emotional and physical demands in their work. BienStar integrates trauma-informed wellness practices that support resilience, emotional regulation, and sustainable leadership.
